At Strapping4Less, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help!
Returns
Items must be unused, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- To start a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. S4L is not responsible for incorrect ordered items.
- Once your return is re ceived and inspected, we will notify you of your refund approval. There will be a 30% restocking fee on ALL RETURNED ITEMS!
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days .
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card company before reaching out.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Strapping4Less does not issue exchanges unless agreed upon through customer service on items over 1 skid quantity.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any item returned in a used, worn, or damaged condition IS NOT eligible for a refund.
